Lovely place to enjoy a glass of wine or read a book. Fully fenced backyard for those with young children. All linen is provided and all beds are made up ready for your stay. Bath towels provided. One towel per guest Coffee, Tea and Sugar provided. Beach towels are NOT provided.

Little Ledge Beach House is a lovely beach house in Ledge Point. It is beautifully decorated, very clean, well maintained property and only 200m from the ocean. You can hear the waves crashing at night from the house. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, so noise is not an issue. Very spacious with a lovely beach feel about the home. Only 100m to the Ledge Point store which is also a bottle shop. House suits two families.
