WE ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED due to our Inability to comply with COVID RULES
We are out in the boonies, but it's very peaceful! We may have small social gatherings on weekends and may do fun things like play volleyball, horseshoes, and pool as well as have some amazing bonfires under a beautiful starry sky! It is definitely quiet for the most part. We get to see the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Room darkening blinds make sleeping in easy! Typical Kansas country living here!

The room is not huge, but decent size. There is a king size bed with a private bathroom. We have room darkening blinds, built in closet and dressers, and a window that faces east overlooking our deck and pond.

I am a Swissy who has been living in Kansas for 15 years now. I used to travel a lot, but it was love that decided it was time for me to settle down. I am extremely outgoing and sociable. I am a mother to 1 ornery little boy and a stepmom to 5 crazy stepchildren. Going from an independent traveler to a (nearly) stay at home stepmom to 5 children definitely required a huge life readjustment for me! We all lived though (haha!) and now it's exciting to announce that a little of my crazy spunkiness and love of exploring has rubbed off on a couple of the kids. Some of my favorite hobbies include cooking, being outdoors, watching movies, reading, and traveling! My stepdaughter was the one who told me to try out the hosting part on Airbnb. I'm a little excited to see all the guests who will be coming and going at our house. I am going to apologize about something beforehand. Sometimes I get a little carried away in conversations and therefore talk too much. So sorry for that in advance :) If you do decide to book with us, I hope you will find your stay great and most importantly, fun! I will be available evenings and weekends for sure! There will be some weekdays I will occasionally be available during the day. There is also a 24 and 18 year old living here as well. They both have fluctuating schedule so they may be home during some days.
