Building was constructed over 50 years ago and is getting an incredible renovation. The upstairs suite is nearly 1000 sq/ft and is completely finished! No renovations to other parts of the bldg happen before 10am or after 5pm to not disturb our guests.

Post Falls most popular restaurant is a couple blocks away (The White House). There is also some food trucks and other restaurants just a couple blocks away. The freeway exit is a minute away to the south. From there you are 10 minutes to Coeur d'Alene, 10 min to Liberty Lake. If you just head south on the main road, you are 5 minutes from the main boat launch on the Spokane River and a wonderful beachfront park with swimming area.
