* Monthly price is not included electricity, water and internet. It's usually between 2,000 - 2,500 baht depends on how much you use it.

A high floor relaxing loft that you can enjoy the view and make yourself at home with Netflix! 400 meters from Rama 9 MRT Station. Also 24 hours security guard and CCTV. Only 2 stops to Asok Station which Terminal 21 is located.(BTS Line) 500 meters from Makkasan Airport Rail Link Station.
36 square meters loft with high 3.6 meters to the ceiling. Equipped with comfy furniture, air-conditioner and useful amenities.
The room was decorated in a semi-cottage & cozy style with a glass wall in the living room. You can feel recharge again even living in the big city. Highly recommend to put your feet on our original Thai carpet!

1. Early check-in and late check out only depends on the room availability.
2. Please be informed that most condominiums in Bangkok have a signboard in the lobby or elevator that mention against short term rental. (AirBnB has some conflicts with Thai law.) But you can make sure that by following my suggestions and the house rule, everything will be fine.
3. Our space is NOT a hotel, we don't have any staff at the spot. Anything you need please feel free to let me know.
4. Please take off your shoes while entering the room.
5. Smoking isn't allowed in all the space area, including the balcony. Any smoke that trigger alarm will lead to a fine 3,000 baht.
6. Please turn off the air condition and electricity, close all the windows before leaving the room every time.
7. NO PARTIES, events or making loud noise. Please respect others in the same area.
8. SWIMMING CAP and SWIMMING SUIT ARE REQUIRED for swimming pool.
9. Please keep the keycard carefully. Missing key card will be charge 1,000 baht.
10. Guests will be charged for damages they have caused to the room, furniture and other amenities.
11. Please keep the room cleaned and tidy before checking out.
