Great tidy space with all amenities necessary for a comfortable and hassle free stay. A stone throw away from everything Tauranga and the Bay of Plenty have to offer. Easy access to public transport, bike routes and local parks that have fantastic views over the harbour and Mount Maunganui. Just a 10 minute walk/2 minute drive to local shops. Perfect place for a getaway.

Our space is a self contained unit below our home with independent access. (As the property is below the main house you do occasionally here some noise) It is a studio apartment with a queen size bed, kitchenette, sofa/lounge area and bathroom. You have all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay.

Our garden is to be enjoyed by guests staying, if the sun is shining please feel free to have your morning coffee/tea outside, there will be a very friendly Labrador that will occasionally be wondering around.

Our driveway gate is electronic and we will supply you with a key for it. There is a pedestrian gate right next to it with easy lift lock access.

I am 32 and love travelling to new places, love how personal air b&b is compared to big hotels. We love hosting friends and family members in our self contained unit that we thought we would open it up for others to enjoy.
