Adorable & Clean Magnolia Cottage is located in quaint Neptune Beach. Only 3 blocks to the ocean, 1 block to a yoga studio, and across the street from Jarboe Park and the weekly Beaches Green Market. And our favorite... Bike or take a breezy stroll 8 blocks to the Beaches Town Center for amazing restaurants, boutique stores, coffee shops and bookstore. All of this is only 15 minutes to Mayo Clinic and 30 minutes to Jacksonville International Airport. *If you need a shorter stay, message us!*

This adorable, clean, 900 sf boho beach cottage has a private entrance, an outdoor deck for entertaining, one bedroom/full bathroom downstairs and another bedroom/full bathroom upstairs. Each bathroom has a stand-up shower. The the living room is small, but cozy. The cottage is east of A1A/3rd Street, so you don't have to cross any busy streets to get to the beach! Parking is on the street, and there could be some noise from cars passing by. But once indoors, that sound is pretty minimal.

The cottage has a private entrance with a small fenced in yard, wood deck and two beach cruiser bikes. The key is in a lock box next to the door. We provide beach towels, cooler, and beach chairs to make for a perfect stay at the beach!

Parking is on A1A/3rd Street directly in front of the cottage fence. If by any chance these spaces are taken, there is plenty of public parking within the block. Also note that the second bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. Although it is separate and private, there is no door at the top of the stairs. The fireplace is not usable. We use battery candles only. The living room is small but cozy. The house is next to a busy road, so you will hear street noise outside. But most of the time, it's not noticible inside. ***If you need a shorter stay, message us!***

We LOVE Neptune Beach, and you will too! It's a very safe, cute and quaint little town! This is why we choose to live here only three blocks away from Magnolia Cottage! Here, you will feel like a local as you walk and bike anywhere you like! We have wonderful restaurants and coffee shops an easy stroll away without all the traffic and tourists that Jacksonville Beach has. Yet we are still close to everything Jacksonville and its surroundings has to offer.

Hi there! We are a Florida grown beach family raising three busy kids. Along with our day jobs, we have been managing rental properties here in our wonderful beach town since 2005. We love renovating properties (including our own almost 100-year-old beachside home). We have a great appreciation for old homes and local history. We also LOVE our sweet little beach town. That is why we have turned our properties into Airbnb rentals. We are a family run business. Dad and son are the yard experts and handymen when you need them, and mom and daughters clean inside and make sure all the special touches are there. We enjoy showing Southern hospitality to others and making each property special for each guest. Sometimes it's leaving a bottle of wine for an anniversary or chocolates for a family. We welcome all people, and it is important to us to make sure that every guest enjoys our town as much as we do!
