This 115 square meters decoreted in rustic style apartment is perfect for a very comfortable stay in Budva! The centre and Old Town is just a walking distance away. There are 3 bedroom with each a furnished terrace. bedroom with a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine and spa bath. An open space with kitchen, dining and seating area that is air conditioned. Free WiFi in the whole apartment. An private furnished terrace with nice view Free parking in front for a lot of cars.

The apartment is located on the five floor that can be reached by elevator. The entrance door has a double lock. There are 3 bedrooms, all rooms have king sized beds, blind that darken the room and a furnished terrace. Linen is provided on every bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. We provide all the necessaries. For every guest is 2 towel that will be refreshed every second day. In the hall is space to storage your jackets and shoes. We have an umbrella in the apartment for the rainy days. In the open space you have a kitchen, dining and seating area that is air conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove top, oven and dishwasher. Everything you need to prepare your meal like at home. The dining table is suitable for 6 persons. There is free Wifi in the whole apartment. Watch a movie on the flatscreen with cable TV from the big corner sofa . Control the lightning from a remote. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private furnished terrace. In the apartment is an ironing board and iron. You can dry your clothes on the terrace. Cleaning service is included. You can park your car for free right in front of the building.

According to the law of Montenegro it is obligated to pay tourist tax. This is not included in the price and must be paid on the day of arrival. We will need your passport to enter the tourist tax. The price is 1,00 euro per night per person starting from the age of 15 years.
We can provide a baby bed and a baby chair free of charge on request.
We also offer private transfer from and to the airport, only by reservation.
From Tivat airport to our location: 25 euro
From Podgorica airport to our location: 50 euro
