Our neigherborhood is located in a developing area that is inbetween Broadway and Germantown. There is a decent amount of construction going on around us, but we are tucked back by the river to make you feel close to all the action, but not stuck in all the craziness. There is a police station close that is a bit of a sore-eye, but with all the police around, it makes our area very safe.
