Sparkly clean, new, spacious, light filled self-contained apartment a block away from stunning Jan Juc beach, cafes and some of the most spectacular cliffs and rock formations along the walking tracks.
The apartment has a kitchenette, new queen size bed, fold out couch (2 singles) bathroom and split system.
Perfect for a couple however can sleep 3 adults or a couple with 2 children. LGBTIQ+ friendly.

Enjoy this fabulous apartment. There is a brand new queen bed and also a comfortable fold out couch that converts to 1 or 2 singles.
The well-equipped kitchenette has a microwave, electric fry pan, rice cooker, sandwich maker (no stove) a large fridge, tea coffee facilities, toaster, crockery, cutlery and oil/foil etc.
The outdoor area boasts sunny and shady positions all day with a table tennis table, BBQ, outdoor setting and own entrance.
The large flat screen TV can be used to watch the many DVDs available. There is free WIFI, games and books.
All linen and shampoo provided.

Jan Juc beach is patrolled in summer and lies between Torquay and Bells Beach.
Leave the car behind. 3 minute walk to Bird Rock lookout, then choose to either walk down to the Jan Juc surf beach or walk/ ride along the famous cliff top walking track to Bells beach or Torquay.
1 minute walk to Swell (the best cafe on the surf coast), the Cave- wood fire pizza, the Bird Rock cafe, general store, pub or Pilates studio. Walk to the adventure playground, skate Park, cricket nets, footy oval, public tennis courts and the RACV Torquay golf club for a fancy dinner.
Enjoy the other famous beaches along the stunning Great Ocean Road; Point Addis, Anglesea, Aireys, Lorne, Wye River, Apollo Bay and the famous Twelve Apostles.

The apartment is underneath the main house and has a separate entrance with a key lock. We do not live permanently at the house however if we are upstairs, you may meet our friendly puppy Reggie.
You will have complete privacy including the outdoor area. We are always contactable by phone.
