My private bedroom is a great option for solo adventurers or business travelers. Bathroom is shared with only one room and is cleaned every other day. Full kitchen available. Washer and dryer $5/load upon request. Located close to the Avenues Mall, Walmart, a lot of restaurants, I95, and only 25 min from the beach, Downtown, or St. Augustine.

Work at the desk, or close the blackout curtains and have a deep sleep. Coffee and tea are provided. My husband works from home some days, so we need a quiet environment during business hours on those days. If you come for work, you’re a perfect guest for us.
