Ideal for short or longterm stays in a very convenient location in Cag.de Oro City(near cogon area).It's a perfect accommodation not far from downtown,church, shopping malls (15 min.to SM, Ayala &Limketkai Mall). NO 24HR RECEPTION DESK. 1 or 2 days booking reservations. Read my house rules.

It is near to malls, church,schools and it located near the center of cagayan de oro city. Transpo available few steps at the corner of our street.(e.i taxi, motorela) or please download GRAB taxi for faster ride booking.

Area inside the building is peace and quiet. The room has a laundry area wherein not everyone has it. Wifi is fast and continous. Cooking utensils available at the lobby for common use. Right after using, guests should bring it back to give way to other guests. guests are strictly not allowed to bring their cooking utensils as well.
