This is a thoughtfully furnished lakeside condo, conveniently located on the 1st floor above the garage. Bring grocery and cook your own meals, just not for breakfast because we should have all you need! Grill right on the balcony if you'd like. Read a book or play a game before bedtime – this is a place where tension goes away!

This is a quiet and cleanly carpeted one bedroom, one bathroom condo with two twin-size air mattresses available to use. All linens and bedding are provided.
The living room has a small TV with Netflix; Google Home is here to answer your questions.
Bathroom is equipped with towels and essential amenities. Washer, dryer, and laundry detergent are available in the condo as well. WiFi password is provided in the condo.

In the condo: You will have access to the complete condo with the exception of the closet in the bathroom.
Outside the condo:
1. You will have access to the private Waters’ pool located across the street from Horseshoe Bay Blvd (gate code and directions to the pool are provided in the condo).
2. You will also have one designated covered parking space right next to the condo.
3. Common grills and social area by the pool, no glass please.
4. You can rent boats from the LBJ Yacht Club and Marina just down the road on Hwy 2147.

Amenity limitations: Horseshoe Bay Resort requires membership through them in order to access certain areas of the resort.

Howdy! We are a young family of three loving to travel and explore! Tony is an ID (Industrial Designer) and Jennie is also an ID (Instructional Designer) :).
