Fancy sleep is unique because of the location My place comes with one secure parking spot inside gated garage!Its walkable to downtown on our strip we call Broadway ...just minutes south of all the top bars The Gulch 8th ave South 12th South Belle Meade Plantation The City Winery Princes Hot Chicken truck The Music City Hall of fame..Kid Rocks Honkey Tonk Central..Tootsies..Hard Rock Cafe The Music city Symphony..The Diner..Yee-Haw!I do want to mention just like any other place in our growing city there in construction going on in downtown I havnt had many complaints but I do want to let you know because my top priority is for you to enjoy your stay!

Washer and dryer computer WiFi iron closet space hair dryer towels and more..enjoy snacks fruit and drinks in the refrigerator!Cleaning supplies as needed located in bathroom under cabinet ..use washer and dryer pots and pans WIFI is available also the DGX(household supply store) is available on 3rd ave a few blocks away if you need anything extra this is walking distance from my place!Make yourself at home call or text anytime!

IMPORTANT: please download the LATCH APP and send email address a few hours before check in to my number listed You will have all access to door pad my place has easy access to elevator and garage! Sorry guys no smoking in my place Our complex does require face coverings I have these complimentary for my guest in The kitchen drawer please use as needed also sanitizer as needed!I am in the heart of downtown so just like any other upcoming hot city we have construction going on I want to let you know because my priority is for you to enjoy your stay!
