Spectacular Lagoon View was carefully designed to comfortably accommodate 4 people in our two queen size beds with one spacious bathroom. Apartment is equipped with kitchen, cooking utensils, stove, fridge,microwave,air conditioner, LED HDTV with Netflix and High Speed Internet access.

We will provide you with a key to access the Building and the common areas such as lobby, laundry and main entrance gate. You can also access the Condado Lagoon from the backyard of the Building.

This is a Residential Building. Please be conscious about loud noises after hours. Proper clothing is required when accessing the common areas of the Bldg to be respectful with our neighbors.
