It’s a cozy house with a large garden with pool and BBQ area, perfect for your holidays!

House has three bedrooms, one with queen bed, two with single beds, a large bathroom with bathtub and another, smaller, with shower.

This cozy house has a large garden with pool, perfect for enjoying your holidays.
You can enjoy the BBQ area, with direct access from the kitchen. There are a charcoal BBQ and gas BBQ (if you don't like to mess lighting the fire), ideal for enjoying all meals. In this area there is also a large umbrella, to protect you from the sun. Who want to have the meals inside in summer?
Inside the house, decorated in Mediterranean style, you will find the dining room, close to the dining room there is the kitchen, with direct access to the BBQ area. Separated for some stairs, you have the living room, with exit to a terrace with lovely views.
Through a short corridor, you access to three bedrooms, one with queen bed, two with single beds, a large bathroom with bathtub and another, smaller, with shower.
We have lots of updates to the house this year! New furniture in the dining room, improve bathrooms, update the bedroom style, change all lighting to new appliances with LED lighting, also, many small details, like a 42-inch tv (if anybody needs a TV in such a beautiful place).

Lloret de Mar is 80 km from the trendy Barcelona and is famous throughout Europe as a cosmopolitan coastal city.
The house is located 4 km. from the beautiful the super beach of Canyelles, and 5 Km. from the promenade of Lloret de Mar and its magnificent beach. Just a 10-minute drive.
With a short drive you and the spectacular gardens of Santa Clotilde with lovely sea views, worth the visit!
Nearby, less than a 15-minute drive, there is a spectacular water park, an entertainment center for children (Gnome Park), the tropical gardens of Pina Rosa and Mar and Mar i Murtra gardens.
Between the various coastal towns along the Costa Brava is a connection by boat. There are also several other towns and beaches you could visit. We recommend Blanes or Tossa de Mar; it's a nice boat trip along the rocky coast of Spain.
