Our place is great for couples, adventurers, romantic getaways and small groups of 3 traveling together that would like to explore and enjoy the beautiful Island of Puerto Rico. It is centrally located in the Ocean Park beach and a few steps away from Loiza Street, a trendy area full of restaurants and bars.
The Ocean Park FIVE O' FOUR loft is a studio equipped with a queen size bed, a full size sofa bed, kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, air conditioner. We provide kitchen supplies, glasses, pots and pan if you want to cook something while away from home.
Wake up in the morning with a cup of espresso coffee directly from Puerto Rico Coffee Roasters while you enjoy the breeze and the amazing ocean view just from your window.
Towels? No need to bring yours...we will provide bathroom and beach towels. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap are complementary as well.
An included small igloo will make the perfect combo for your refreshments when walking to the beach. A nice set of high-end beach chairs are also available for you to enjoy the sun!

The building has a front gate and a main access glass door with key. Elevator has specific key for each floor. For your convenience, there is also a laundry room located on the 1st floor with coin-operated washer and dryer. A shower is also located at the 1st floor that can be used to wash your sandy feet after the beach.

There is plenty of parking spots available around the Building if you are renting a car. Uber offers service in the area and can take you to Old San Juan or Ashford Avenue where most of the Hotels and Casinos are located . If your plans include visiting other areas out of San Juan, feel free to text or call me and we will be more than happy to help you.

Ocean Park is one of the most popular San Juan residential areas for locals. Next to the apartment you will find the Barbosa Park where you meet locals every morning or evening and have a walk.
A block away if the McLeary Street which is the main road of Ocean Park and if you continue it connects with famous Condado's Asford Avenue. McLeary Street has a few restaurants such as Kasalta Bakery, Mangos Restaurant (restaurant during the day, amazing bar during the night) , Pirilos Pizza Rustica and even a Bike Rental Shop.
About two blocks away you will find the trendy and colorful Loiza Street, one of the liveliest communities in the area full restaurants and bars.
