Stay in Bintaro Jaya, you can easily go to many places using train, car, direct Tol Roads to airport, Pondok Indah, BSD, even to other cities Bogor, Bandung.
Furnished with the very good quality furniture:
- Spring Air Bedsets (using Latex to make your sleep very comfort).
- Dining Table, Stool, Cabinets made from solid wood
- Granite for kitchen top table
- Bath room complete with shower and water heater.
We try to decorate and fill the equipments as if you stay in the *4 hotel.

The room is spacious for Studio type, complete with single sofa, working table. There is also a balcony, you can sit and relax in the evening.
We have kitchen sets complete with 2 stoves incl gas+exhaust fan and related equipments:
rice cooker, microwave, water dispencer for cool & hot water including the AQUA water.
Even kitchen utensils: 2 pan, 2 frying pan, spatula and dinner sets are ready to use in order to make everything easier for you and feel at home.
If you need other things like hair dryer, iron etc, please inform us.

It is very easy to access. The ALTIZ Apartment is located in the Bintaro Jaya 3A main street, just infront of Bintaro Plaza Mall.
There are 3 big lobby which you can easily access by lift to our unit. There are big sitting room and front office in the main lobby.
There are swimming pool, 2 different depth and also playground where the kids can slide, seek and hide while the parents can sitting near the pool.
On the ground floor, near the pool, there are laundry, small store -INDOMARET- , some simple cafe for meals and drinks.
If you need more variety food & cafe: Starbucks, Breadtalk, Dunkin Donuts, JCo Donuts Cafe, Bakmi GM, Bakmi Kelinci, Pizza Hut, Hanamasa and many others, also 21Cinema, just 5 minutes walking across the street, infront of our apartment.
You can park your car outdoor and indoor and direct acces to our unit.

Easy to access to sone other places: Pondok Indah, BSD, ALAM Sutera and other places in Jakarta using the car (by TOL road), train (near train station) and access to MRT after some train station.

Yet, you can find another big mall Bintaro XChange where so many stores, big restaurant (Sushi Tei, Duck King, branded stores, cinemas even Ice Skating area for practices).
Just few minutes, you can find 3 big hospitals: Bintaro International Hospital, Rumah Sakit Pondok Indah-Bintaro branch and the Mitra Keluarga Hospital (JMC) soon will be opened.

I like travelling wherever the beautiful places, world heritages, different cultures exist ... and of course it must be safe and clean places. While travelling, I like taking photographs, tasting the local food ... and buying anykind of souvenirs. It's surprising and exciting to be a host of AirBnB. How AirBnB can manage the system, security and meet the traveller and host are amazing works. Thank you for being exist. Communicating with my guests, providing their needs during their stay in my property gives a new knowledge about many characters, satisfiying and amazing experiences as well.
