Our quaint log cabin is located 15 miles NW of Aberdeen, three miles from Richmond Lake Recreation Area, and just 10 miles from Mina Lake State Park. The perfect location with adequate privacy but still a convenient distance from other amenities. The cabin is set on three acres with plenty of yard space to enjoy.

For summer vacations, our cabin offers plenty of space to have family gatherings or just a fun weekend away! With close proximity to Richmond and Mina Lakes, you can easily spend the day enjoying the outdoors but have a great, cozy place to come back to in the evening.
For hunters, the location couldn't be better! There are several areas of public land available nearby, including directly to the North of the cabin. You are still close to town, but are able to have a true South Dakota hunting experience in the country. The attached sun room is great for keeping your dogs and they will have the yard space to get out and run while you're at the cabin.

Our cabin can comfortably accommodate six, but has enough sleeping space for up to nine. Extra charges apply for more than four guests.
You will need to drive on about three miles of gravel to reach the cabin.
Cabin has a RokuTV with access to Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming services but you will need to bring along your own login information.

My husband and I lived here for about a year before we bought our current home and loved every minute of it. It’s private, peaceful, and you just never know what kind of wildlife you’ll see on any given day. It’s close to multiple recreational areas and great pieces of public land, but still a half mile from the closest neighbor.
