This spacious, cabin styled home is a two and a half bedroom, three bath, woodsy hideaway nestled centrally in North Raleigh within the Lake Park Community - a quiet neck of the woods, this safe family neighborhood is positioned minutes walking distance from Shelly Lake and it's walking/biking trails. It is 15 minutes from downtown Raleigh, 20 minutes from the RDU airport, and 5 minutes from both Crab Tree Mall and NorthPark Center.

The house is comprised of a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, an open area living-room with vaulted ceilings, two dens (one converted to a half-bedroom with a sofa-bed), and spacious parking including a one car garage. The exterior landscape is a combination of the natural North Carolina experience in a suburban setting. Of which the home has three decks - one that wraps around the back giving views of the surrounding acreage.

Clean, well maintained, and spacious with open areas - it includes complete privacy, large decks with outdoor furniture, laundry machines, three TVs (HBO max, Apple TV, Amazon , Hulu , Disney and Netflix), and free WIFI.

Hello. I love Raleigh and welcome you to this lovely city! We’re 3 hours from the beaches and mountains. Weather is generally mild but seasonal. I spend most weekends away relaxing after a long work week !
My home is nestled in a quiet woodsy north Raleigh neighborhood . Deer, foxes and other wildlife roam the yards and nibble on my plants . Shelley Lake reservoir and greenway is a two minute walk to the entrance. We are minutes from the 440, 10 minutes to downtown and minutes to Crabtree mall.
My home is not fenced but pets are welcome.

Single rooms can be rented during the week.
I look forward to sharing my home with you!
