Private and quiet area with friendly neighbours located a fair distance. Lots of parking space. Outside there is a deck, deck furniture, fire pit, BBQ and playset for children. The 1st floor has an entryway with laundry, kitchen (dishwasher & coffee maker), living room (TV) and dinning room that seats 4 (6 seated foldout table) . Lots of space for air mattresses. The 2nd floor has a bathroom (tub with shower nozzle), Rm 1 has King bed (TV), Rm 2 has queen bed (playpen), a work space with desk.

We are central to the Victoria park which contains the outdoor swimming pool, playground, baseball diamond and tennis courts. Nearby is Scotiabank, TRAPPED gift store and drinks, Island Home Hardware, Great Canadian dollar store, Grand Manan Museum, Harbour Grill and gift shop, Newtons Café, the school with public playground and the public Library. All of these are within a 1 minute to 2 minute drive or 5-20 minute walk.
