Are you planning a trip and traveling solo? Do you want to stay in charming Kotor Old Town and enjoy a sea view terrace? Then our place is for you!

Designed for solo travelers - a tiny cottage with outside shower/toilet yet with a washing machine - gives a great opportunity to stay within the Walls of Kotor and at lower price!

Kotor bars can sometimes generate a fair bit of noise but our place is located in a quiet area where the only noise you might hear comes from the Cathedral!

In the cottage you can find a single bed, a washing/drying machine, sink, table, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, mini-oven, mini-fridge, mini-cooler, fan for hot and mini-heater for cold nights, as well as some kitchen utensils - basic essentials you would need for a comfortable stay in this charming city! Yes, it is tiny - 7 sq.m. (75 sq.ft) but cozy yet well-appointed.

Shower and toilet are 5 steps away from the room and are located on the same terrace.

Cottage is equipped with a washing/drying machine that you can use anytime you need, just bring some detergent. Clothes can be dried on the terrace.

Our place features two-level shared terrace with magnificent views of Kotor Old Town and Kotor Bay where on sunny days you can enjoy your morning coffee or just have rooftop vistas under the vine leaves with a sea view from one side, St. Tryphon Cathedral from another and having evening-lit Kotor Fortress behind you.

Please note that tall people (more than 180 cm) might encounter some difficulties in getting inside the cottage - just bend your head:)

Very picturesque part of Stari Grad and yes! - within the walls of Kotor Old Town.

Access to hiking trail to Kotor Fortress is around the corner. Coffee shops, restaurants, travel agencies and shopping center are only minute(s) or steps away.

It contains plenty of recommendations for places to eat, to go out, to do shopping, to visit, as well as some practicalities like public transport, post office, registration office, parking areas etc. We keep adding new places every now and then to keep you updated:)
