A covered porch looks over the pool and canal. The pool has a large deck, a half bath and an outdoor shower. An outdoor kitchen and grill is next to the pool deck under the shade of the terrace. An extra refrigerator, an ice maker and bait freezer are located next to the outdoor kitchen and close to the dock. The home also has a private boat ramp next to the extra long dock.
