This recently designed loft apartment in the newly built private house has a great location in the quiet and charming place in Jurmala within 1 minute walk to the Blue Flag beach. The loft is modern and beautiful with a large private terrace and air conditioning. Free WiFi. Bicycles are available on demand. Free parking place in front of the house.

The loft is situated in the roof floor with a big terrace and air conditioning. There is one king side bed (160x200cm) and one comfortable sofa bed (150x200cm) . Crib can be provided if needed. Washing machine and dryer is available in a shared laundry room in the ground floor.

We are the young couple with two kids. We welcome our guests in the fully separate apartment in our newly built house.
