(NOTE: crib, 3 single 4inch memory foam floor mats/ futons , 3 sofa beds are available). Big open closet, equipped with a 65" Samsung Smarttv and a Bose soundbar. Hot & Cold shower, 1 Hp aircon, premium linens and towels. Hot and cold water dispenser with free 1st 5 gallon.Free WiFi.

One spare bedroom ensuite with 1 queen bed, 1 full bed. We are in a Cul de sac of an older neighborhood . It is very safe, secure, quiet and peaceful most of the time here. We're very near spas, restaurants , malls, universities and hospitals.
FYI we have surveillance cameras on our courtyard, front door, front of house and laundry room for added security. This space is ideal for visiting family, reviewees wishing to live close to review centers in the Mandaue area. Not wheelchair accessible.

There is a long flight stairs that will take you down to the second level where the bedroom is located. As such it is not ideal for individuals with mobility issues. Ambulatory elderlies are welcome to use the main entrance to the rooms downstairs.
There is at least a 5 minute walk (5 mins) from the house to the village gate. Grab car is accessible.It is recommended that app is downloaded for your transportation needs.

Our house is in a well established older neighborhood bordering Cebu/Talamban/Mandaue area. We have the majority of the better restaurants all around the area that serve japanese, korean, thai , vietnamese, italian, indian, filipino cuisine, american and etc. We are close to the airport, malls , hospitals, spas and fitness gyms and universities . Public transportation becomes cheaper because you are within close proximity to everything.

I love Cebu! I wish the weather would be much cooler though. Unfortunately it is not. It's airconditioning for comfort all the way in our house. There are 6 people in our household. Jaime, my husband who plays good golf, im not so good at it(12 now 28? ), a driver because traffic is crazy in Cebu, a cook, a personal assistant, and an all around gardener. Our 2 children are both married . We have 2 grandchildren ages 1.5y.o. and a 6 month old. We love brazilian music and love to karaoke. One day, i would like to go to brazil and listen to real live music in a cafe and just chill there. Maybe even go to Ipanema beach. That is my bucket list. We live in a home that has spare rooms to share. These are the 2 bedrooms just below our living space that ive readied plus a small spare room that ive converted into a loungeroom for our future guests. My life motto is to live life fully. Throw caution to the wind, try to stick your landing. Hopefully you dont have to pay dearly for the regrets you experience that follow.
