Two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a large sunroom (a living area bathed in light, ideal for laying back while enjoying a drink or a coffee) and of course a unique balcony. There is no room for exaggeration since the simplicity of the forms and the color palette dominate every space. When it comes to its facilities, you have everything -from an ironing board to an herbal garden, in case you feel like having a mojito or a homemade pesto spaghetti. After all, you will decide how you’ll enjoy the city’s nightscape...

The balcony’s dipping pool needs a preparation before its use. There is an instruction guide in the house but we will also be there for you if you need any help.
*!WARNING!* The pool will be available only from early May to late October!
There are two SMART TVs, one in each bedroom where you can watch videos on YouTube or watch your favorite shows in Netflix. Also, you can enjoy more with the cable TV installed in one of the bedrooms.
On the balcony, you will find a small garden with vegetables and herbs. We will be glad if you’ll use them on your mojito or any recipe you make - just be careful and wash them very well before eating.
