Located right across from Salem common (20 steps away!) which is walking distance to everything you need; bars/restaurants/shops/museums/movie theater/Banks/ATM/post office/ups/ocean/train station/bus stops/Salem ferry!
✔ Entire place for yourself and key-box entry
✔ One parking on site (not for over-sized car)

We kept very clean of the entire space and we would love to protect our original victorian floors, we request our all guest that outdoor shoes must come off before entering the house. *Please careful getting the floors been scratched as they are very soft victorian pine wood.
NOTE: If you cannot enjoy shoeless life in the house, please do not book this place for your stay.

No shoes in the house (new slippers provided)
Doors & Windows: Must handle gently as they are over 200 years old. Please no slamming doors.
No smoking in the house (Deck is ok, MUST use provided ashtray-NO Throwing butts on the ground)
The bathroom might get steamy when showered, you might leave the window open

Nori (my hubby) is the prime host of this apartment, when I'm not around, he will be there to support your stay!
It is a complete residential building and you will be sharing a common area such as main entrance of the building and stairwell with other residents. Please keep it mind to respect other residents (No party, no loud music/theater sound 🔇) and don't disturb our nice neighbors.
