Easy access to little bayside beaches and the walking/cycling foreshore track are only metres from the house or alternatively wander into the CBD for dining , groceries and shopping . Fantastic outdoor fish cleaning/bbq area with hot and cold water. Bike washing stand, Lock up storage for bikes, boards and rods.+Netflix etc

Open plan living area with comfortable leather couches and views over the bay and marina . Conveniently a second toilet and laundry just across the outdoor area. Large lawn area and BBQ perfect for child play or outdoor entertaining.
