The Studio is our latest update to our family friendly property and we are so excited for guests to enjoy it! Set toward the back of the property, just past the Guesthouse, the Studio is a very unique space (once a barn). This newly remodeled space is the perfect place to host your small family gathering of no more than 10 guests (due to Covid)
After the gathering, the easy to use cabinet bed and/or air mattresses are at your fingertips & you’re set for your sleepover!

The Studio offers an open floor plan, gorgeous private shower area and washroom, kitchenette along the back wall, with full size refrigerator/freezer, Kcup coffee machine and microwave. The front area has 2 large smart TV’s with WiFi and a cabinet bed for your overnight comfort!
*Comfortably can gather up to 10 guests in accordance with Airbnb standards with covid for your family get together/dinner. (After covid restrictions- can accommodate 25-30 for an indoor gathering)
*Sleeps 6 total: 1 queen cabinet bed & 2 queen air mattress, all easy to use!

The Restoration Estate is a special place you will want to visit again and again! From staying just a night in our studio, loft or bungalow to staying a week in the main house... whatever the occasion, the Restoration Estate is the perfect place to get away! Just a hop-skip from the highway, we are about 20-30 minutes from all that KC has to offer!

I am an Artist and LMT... love spending time with my family, married to Mike the health guru (which he might reply to your messages when I’m busy haha), we have 4 adult children and 3 grandkids (another on the way!). We enjoy cycling and cooking from scratch. I’ve lived in the KC area most of my life and know the area pretty well, so if you’re looking for a good cafe, restaurant or outing, just ask, I can point the way!
