ABOUT THE STAY:
The house has a perfect location in the old city center. Only 2 minutes walk from the train station to go in Cinque Terre. In 5 minutes walk you are in the pedastrian main street. La Spezia is a very safe city so you will have no problem to walk in the night. Next to the house there is the best bakery of the city and a big supermarket. The bus stop to go in Lerici or Portovenere is under the house. 15 minutes walk to the promenade, where the public ferry leaves to go to the CinqueTerre.
THE BEST SOLUTION FOR THE PEOPLE THAT WANT GO IN CINQUE TERRE BUT NOT PAY TOO MUCH.
The apartment is at the 2nd floor, some stairs not steep to do from the ground floor. Before the main door there is a space where smoking is allowed.
Very large house, 3 different bedrooms with 3 double beds and 2 bunk beds. A big sofa in front of the television, very strong WiFi in every rooms. A kitchen fully furnished with all necessary: washdisher, oven, fridge, freezer, coffea machine, washing machine.... A large bathroom with a big shower. A lumber room to put the empty luggages.
Fans, windows and heating in every rooms.
A CHEAP AND CONVENIENT SOLUCTION FOR FAMILIES AND GROUPS.
A CHARMING AND ROMANTIC APARTMENT FOR THE COUPLE.

Hello, me and my family manage different houses, here, in the Cinque Terre Area. All the houses are different, but all have something exclusive: some apt are in the National Park with a unique view and tranquility, some apt are luxury in the main street of La Spezia city, one very large for big groups and families, one cheap in a medioeval village, and one in Monterosso, next to the beach. Any house has its rules and policy, we manage some with short let contract amatorially some periods of the year and some professional guest houses. All in our family have a role different, i am the helper with the PC but all together we will do our best for your stay in our houses, we will give you the best advices to have a perfect holiday in the CinqueTerre area. MI CASA ES TU CASA. Ciao, io e la mia famiglia gestiamo alcune case, qui, nell'area delle Cinque Terre. Tutte le case sono diverse, ma tutte hanno qualcosa di esclusivo: alcune sono nel Parco Nazionale con una vista e tranquillità unica, alcune sono lussuose nella strada principale della città di La Spezia, una è molto grande per gruppi e famiglie, una economica in un villaggio medievale, e una a Monterosso, vicino alla spiaggia. Ogni immoblile ha le sue regole e la sua politica gestionale: alcuni con la formula di locazione turistica pura, amatorialmente e solo in alcuni periodi dell'anno, alcuni sono strutture turistico ricettive professionali, stellate e riconosciute dalla regione Liguria e aperte tutto l'anno. Tutti nella nostra famiglia ne gestiscono, professionalemente o amatorialmente, io sono solo l'aiutante con il PC ma tutti insieme faremo del nostro meglio per il vostro soggiorno nelle nostre case, vi daremo i migliori consigli per una vacanza perfetta nell'area di Cinque Terre.
