Apartment fully furnished and equipped. 12 minutes by car from the International Airport of Malaga and 20 minutes from the Center of the capital of the province. The beach is 200 meters away on foot.
The apartment has a spacious living room with a 140 cm sofa bed, dining room connected to the kitchen, television, Astra satellite and fiber optic Wifi. The large terrace is closed with glass. It has a table to eat and two hammocks.
Two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and comfort mattresses and pillows. The bathroom in the master bedroom is integrated in the same bedroom and has a bathtub. The second bathroom has a shower.
The kitchen, fully equipped, has a large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine and kettle.
There is also a dryer machine in the terrace area, as well as an ironing board and iron.
For the little ones, there is a high chair available to eat, as well as a cradle. In the playground area there is a small children's pool, playground, restrooms and a "street" basketball court.
The "chiringuitos" offer "pescaíto" and “espetos de sardinas” as typical dishes of the region and international food. The apartment is surrounded by international and national restaurants that offer typical Spanish, Italian, English, German, Vietnamese cuisine, as well as burger and grill among others. Atm 30 meters away.
The infrastructure offers supermarkets, such as Mercadona and Supersol 3 minutes on foot, as well as a pharmacy. Aldi and Lidl are 5 minutes away by car. Taxi stop right at the entrance of the building.
Possibilities for water sports right at the beach. Golf courts nearby.
The private urbanization stands out for its wide green areas. Parking for cars within the urbanization. Pool of 25 meters next to the access to the house, which opens at mid-April and closes towards the end of October. In the area of the same pool there is a restaurant that offers drinks, snacks and hot food. The tennis and mini-golf courts extend over a large part of the green areas, where there are also several ping-pong tables.
