Best location-Safe and close to everything that chimney rock and lake Lure have to offer, This property has a view of Chimney Rock, Hickory Nut Falls, and sits above the Rocky Broad River. Just a short distance to Chimney Rock State Park and Village, Trout and Bass Fishing.

***We are still rent out during the Covid 19,we have followed the recommendations of CDC,Chimney rock state park and restaurants are now opening !
This is 3 bedrooms and 2 and half bathrooms single family house was built 1947,recently remodeled bathrooms,safe and quiet, Located next to the Historic Esmerelda Inn within walking distance. Very few properties like this one in the Lake Lure/Chimney Rock area ,open floor plan,new central AC and heating with ceiling fans in each bedroom.
There is a propane gas grill on the deck.
This is not for you if you are looking for a fancy,modern house,but comfy and cozy!!!
the views of the mountain and Broad river are incredible,you can see the famous Hickory nut water falls from windows and porch,big deck with 270 degree views of CHIMNEY ROCK,HICKORY NUT GORGE,it is very quiet ,private and safe.
It is convenient to so many activities:
Chimney Rock state park
Hiking in hickory nut trails,Pisgah national forest,visit Waterfalls at Hickory nut falls,DuPont,fishing at lake lure and Broad river,tour SierraNevada,Biltmore Estate,blue Ridge parkway,Flat Rock playhouse,white water rafting,Tryon international equestrian...close all the restaurants and shops,lake Lure beach and town .
* Pets friendly,but there is a flat fee,$30 for one,$60 for two,please let me know and we prefer pay via PayPal,Zelle,Venmo during this special period.

We are on the mountains,cool and wet,lots of leaves around house....you may see millipedes on the floor,special during COVID 19,when we open the door and window between guests to air out.... You also may see small lizards and bears outdoor -:),please donot leave food outside!
