Quaint two bedroom cottage just steps away from Copacabana beach, rock pool, restaurants and cafes. The property is set in an elevated and sought-after uniquely private position. Relax on one of the two balconies with your morning coffee while enjoying the sunny aspect looking across the ocean.
Sprawled across two levels you can snuggle on the lounge whilst watching a movie in the downstairs lounge area or relax with a book upstairs in the second living area. Off street parking with stair access direct to the front door.

All holiday properties are subject to sundry costs including cleaning, linen and booking fees.
A bond (security deposit) will be required as a pre-authorisation of a credit card for every booking and a bond pre-authorisation form will need to be completed and returned prior to arrival. This will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed. The bond for this property is $1,000.
For bookings longer than 14 days, mid-stay cleans will be required at guests cost. Please contact the office for clarification of the number of mid-stay cleans required based on the length of stay and pricing as the cost will differ for each property.
Check-in times are from 2pm and conducted at our Raine & Horne Offices (Terrigal/Avoca). Arrival after this time (up til 10pm) will incur a late check-in fee of $50. Check-in after 10pm is not available.
Please be advised in the interest of neighbours & maintaining the highest standard of properties, we have a strict no party and no smoking policy. Minimum age restriction is 21 years. By moving forward with a booking at this property you are agreeing to the above bond procedures and additional documentation requirements.
Please note that this property is not ideally suited to cater to children.
Holiday Season Policy: Please note that during Dec/Jan holiday season only bookings for 7 days minimum are accepted, from Friday to Friday
