Nice and cozy apartment, a perfect place for a long term or a short term to stay. Private entrance and private driway, attached to the house but very private.

The right side of the house is all for the guest, there is a door on that side with a combination lock that give access to the apartment, one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room with a kitchenette, the driveway on that side is all for the guest to park, there are two doors on the hallway that give privacy to the guest and the house residents, the space between the two doors is for cleaning stuff like a broom and dust pan, no interaction what so ever is needed but we are always available for the guest and if he/she want to introduce themselves we’ll be glad to meet them.

The apartment is attached to the house and there is a central AC for the house and the apartment.
