A warm, cozy and artistic 70m2 apartment, in a quiet part of the city center, with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. The apartment is only 5 minutes away from the main street and all of the cafes and restaurants. Also, it's near park "Cair" if you need a quick green getaway!

It is warm, cozy and artistic with 3 separate rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a backyard and it's all for you, nothing shared.
You have your bedroom with 2 separate beds and a small balcony with an exit to the backyard. A kitchen is equipped with all the cutlery and everything you need to make any meal you want. In the living room you have a sofa which can be pulled out to make a large sleeping bed.
Also, there is a parking lot in the backyard which is secured with video monitoring surveillance system.
