I love this neighborhood! Centrally located to everything St. Pete has to offer. Some of my favorite spots are Kahwa Coffee downtown and Black Crow cafe in Old Northeast, just off 4th Street. If you want live music, there are lots of places downtown like Iberian Rooster's open mic on Monday nights. There's a great park a couple miles away with a walk and jog path - Crescent Lake Park. There are art shows, poetry and other fun local culture to be enjoyed. Some of the best nearby restaurants are Fresh Kitchen, Red Mesa and Casita Taqueria on 4th Street. Banyan Cafe on MLK Blvd. is good for coffee and a casual breakfast. Don't miss the Saturday Morning Market which includes a farmers market and an eclectic mix of local vendors of handmade goods and delicious food.
