The detached, corner property is in a quiet residential area with excellent connectivity to all arterial road routes and places of interest. Supermarkets, fast food and retail outlets are in close proximity. Easily accessible, no matter what your preferred mode of transport to Inverness / the Highlands. Please see 'neighborhood' and 'getting around' tabs/sections for further details. Superfast wi-fi coverage throughout the house both upstairs and downstairs. Free parking with space for 2-3 cars on own driveway. We recommend guests use the driveway for ease and convenience.

Separate dining room with exquisite large dresser/cabinet, ample glassware, dining table and chairs, also with French / patio doors to rear garden
Kitchen
Generously proportioned kitchen with quartz countertops has a gas hob & electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster & microwave. Excellent stock of cookware and tableware fit even for those inclined to rustle up a gourmet meal. Several storage cabinets and drawers. Bohemian ship wood dining table and chairs
Utility Room
Washing machine, clothes dryer and additional extra-large sink
Additional Room - Ironing board, steam iron, chest of drawers and chair with extendable footrest
Sun-deck
Outdoor deck with cushioned chairs, reclining lounger, table with removable top for fitting portable barbecue grill (provided). To maintain guests' privacy and ensure non interference with guests' enjoyment, the decking area is NOT monitored with the external cctvs fitted on the premises for enhanced security and protection
Upstairs Layout
An impressive oak staircase leads to the first floor and four double bedrooms with 3 super king and 1 king size double beds sleeping 8. Caressing mattresses and sumptuous pillows (choice of down and/or memory foam) in all of the bedrooms will lull you to restful and refreshing sleep. Each of the bedrooms have big closet/wardrobe/s with coat hangers, mirrors (free standing or hanging in closet) and a hair dryer. Charging stations compatible with multi country plugs and USB ports are also provided. Two bedrooms have ensuites, one of which has a two person jacuzzi/hot tub for guests to relax in and enjoy. Additional family bathroom with bathtub and separate enclosure with rain shower and body jets

There is a supermarket (Coop: less than 5 minutes walking distance), larger 24hr supermarkets (Tesco: ~0.7 miles /3 minutes by car/cab**, Asda: ~2 miles / 6 minutes by car/cab**), a fast food outlet (24 hour Mc Donalds: ~ 6 minutes walking distance) and multiple retail outlets close to the house.
