Kingfisher Cottage is a charming and cosy annex to a Grade II listed house with an open fire and private garden area; a peaceful location, ideal for walkers and couples
It is in a delightful location overlooking a small private lake and set in mid-Sussex with easy access to Lindfield, Haywards Heath and many local attractions.
The cottage itself is charming and full of character with the living area having a wood fire at its centre, beamed ceilings and leaded windows overlooking the grounds. There is a comfortable sofa and also a dining table for two in this room, the large screen television has Freeview channels available. The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven and hob, fridge and microwave for all your dining needs although there is also a wide selection of local hostelries and restaurants within a mile.
The bedroom is on the first floor and has a double bed with lovely encompassing views of the countryside. The bathroom is small but perfectly formed with a shower cubicle, WC and basin.
Outside, Kingfisher Cottage has its own private garden area and there is allocated parking for the cottage.
