Our villa is located in Risan, in one of the oldest streets - Gabela. Narrow cobblestone street lead to this 200-year old property, surrounded by stone wall and tucked into pleasant greenery.

Property occupies area of 120m2. It contains 4 bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 9 people. There are 2 fully-equipped bathrooms (plus additional toilet) as well.
Interior of the property is decorated with vintage pieces such as radio, sewing machine and wooden beds. On the other side, we also offer contemporary life necessities, such as free Wi Fi, flat-screen TV, washing machine and parking space.
Outside area has swimming pool which our guests can use. Swimming pool is open for the whole year, due to heaters which regulate optimal water temperature.

Beside appliances inside the property, guests have swimming pool at disposal. Free parking space and Wi Fi are also available to guests.

Risan is a small town in Boka Kotorska. Narrow streets are not planned for heavy traffic, so there are possible delays when two vehicles meet at the same place at the same time.
However, the place is lovely just because of that - no crowd, narrow streets, remains of some ancient times and properties that depict that era.
