On the ground floor there are 2 connected bedrooms with air conditioning and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a spacious living room, bathroom and dining room with kitchen. From the first floor you can enjoy in a beautiful view on the bay and the town Komiža. The space opens out to the terrace where you can relax in the morning and listen to the seagulls singing.
The house is located in Komiža, near the 3 best restaurants.

The apartment is located in a renovated house in the old town. It is 50 meters away from the main town beach and 150 meters from the town center.
It consists of 2 connected bedrooms with aircondition (to enter the second bedroom you need to pass the first one) , 2 bathrooms ( one on the ground floor, another on the first floor), a living room and fully equipped kitchen.
It is suitable for 4 to 6 people.
There is also a 25 m² terrace where you can drink your morning coffee, dine and relax. It is equipped with air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi.
It is close to the area with the best restaurants (great and delicious food), and next door to the “Konoba Barba”, so it can be noisy untill midnight.

Hello, I am Snjezana and I live in Split. I am MD and work as a professor on Faculty of Medicine in Split (USSM). My family was born in Komiža and this house is our heritage. We have fully renovated it. Some parts of it (the north wall of the house and the courtyard) are more then 300 years old. The wall of the yard has several embrasure (a loophole allowing small cannon fire through the circular openings). This area was built directly on the sea and was first line of “defense” in the past. Also, the big, main house in the yard was home of the nuns. So, the history of family estate is reach, as also of our small town Komiža. I hope you will enjoy in the stunning view on the Komiza bay :) As I work in Split, and don’t have much free time because of my job, I am rarely in Komiza. My friend Tamara will wait for you when you come in Komiza. She is so nice and friendly, lives there and know everything you need for great vaccation. I am sure you will have nice time on our sunny Island with beautiful beaches and delicious food.

Upon arrival, I prefer to meet my guests at their most suitable place, on the bus station, or if they arriving by car, at the point nearest to the apartment.
During their stay I like to give my number to the guests so they can feel free to call me, like whenever they are in need of additional bedding, to advice where to go and what should they first visit while staying on our island.
The most important thing to me is that the guests are feeling comfortable, and that they have their freedom and welcome. After all, I will be happy if they remember their holiday with satisfaction.
