We are off the beaten path about 3 miles to town and about 20 to 25 miles to downtown Spokane, Washington and same mileage to downtown Coeur D'Alene, Idaho. There is wildlife but we are fully fenced. Sometimes you will hear coyotes howling in the middle of the night. I do have a Big Huge Dog and a Golden Retriever but they will be contained during your visit. It is so peaceful and serene that you can also sit on the porch swing and enjoy the Forest. This is not a rental for the entire house.
