Experience the tropical beach life with comfort and peace! This is the UPSTAIRS UNIT of our guest house located just a few steps away from the white sand beach and picturesque sunset scenes of San Juan, Siquijor. Fully furnished with private beach access and an exclusive big, spacious balcony with a lovely view of the sea. All travelers will love this space because of the tropical garden, peaceful ambiance, and location.

We have fulfilled our dream to live where others spend their vacation, and we want to share our place with you!

This single guest house is subdivided into 2 units (upper and lower) -surrounded by our repeatedly admired garden. It is located in our 5,000 square meter property with private beach access. This describes "Alyscha 1", while the lower unit called Alyscha 2 is listed at Airbnb separately.

Our two open pavilions in our garden are available with lounge chairs for you to sit down and relax, or to read, play cards, chess, badminton, and other games. The bigger pavilion gazebo is our gathering place, "where friends become family". It is where the mini-breakfast is served and, of course, you can bring your food to join. Share with us your favorite music by linking your phone to the speakers built into this lovely open space.

If you're working from home and need a fast and stable internet connection, we have a fiber cable connection well fitting to the demands of online work.

We also have a small 5-meter pool for cooling down.

You can also discover the beach and many resorts alongside it. Motorbikes are available near our property for rent to explore our beautiful island with waterfalls, a butterfly sanctuary, a shell museum, and many, many other attractions.

Are you a diver? We can recommend good dive shops, some of which offer also longer dive and snorkel excursions.

We have two extremely friendly and loving dogs (Oscar and Fluffy) who may occasionally visit the common areas.

We are located in the exciting part of the island! Our peaceful and quiet property is a walking distance to some of Siquijor's best and top-rated restaurants and is just off the main road leading to major tourist attractions. The public market is a 10-minute scooter ride away.

Part of the fun to stay in our property is your independence. You can stroll around everywhere (except in our private house next to the carport. Usually, we'll be busy with our regular family activities, but of course, you can ask us or our caretakers anytime for information or help. Please note that our staff also have their own regular tasks and your request for their time should be more for information, except for the washing of laundry being done by them on your request (and for an extra fee).
