This room is a spacious light double room with plenty of storage under beds and 2 built-in wardrobes and a tall set of draws. This room also has a desk for business use with blue tooth connectivity that has speakers built in the desk also charges phones and computers. the room has a chair and sleeps a max of 2 guests

The house has just been fully refurbished. And has lots of personal touches This room is a new addition to my Air BnB rooms and is the house right next door to the previous listings that have had good reviews.
I am always looking to improve the house so you may see me around doing jobs or checking in guests

All guests can use Kitchen self-service breakfast is provided with a selection of cereal, milk (skimmed and full fat), bread, butter, juice, fruit, tea, coffee, sugar, and eggs.
The upper and lower floors have a bath/shower/toilet for guest use

The code for this room is IN THE GUEST MANUEL please note this as sometimes guests leave their belongings phone code etc and the door locks behind them.
When in the room YOU MUST turn the latch to open and then engage the latch if you are using the kitchen or bathroom so you don't need the code.

Gorton/ Belle Vue is an up and coming area of Manchester with lots of developments, houses and business are being newly erected as we are 15 min from the city centre
There is actually a new estate right next to us that has around 14 houses.
At times there can be some general traffic noise more so at rush hour times it's never affected me although a couple of guests have been sensitive to the noise
We are 15min walk to Etihad Stadium, 3 min walk to the closest bus stop, 3min walk to a B and M Walmart type store, 5min walk to the Ashbury train station, 15min walk to all night
Tesco's, Subway, KFC and our general shopping area, 4min walk to our local shops that are open until 10 pm on weekdays, the closest takeaway is the Spicy Mint, who do Curry Kebab and burgers which is open until from 4 pm until 12am and 4 pm until 2 am weekends. They also provide deliveries 0161 223 9131
We are 2min walk to the local park.

An easy going host with a good sense of humour!
住宿期間
I live across town and it takes around 20min in an emergency for me to reach the house as I am also a career for my mother. I can check in guests if they prefer although everting is set for an easy self-check-in for guests.
