Your first floor space is sunny, bright and super clean. During Covid-19 we allow 72 hours inbetween guests and implement extra deep cleaning measures.
We enjoy hosting and offer our guests much more than just the basics. You'll find
Starbucks coffee, cream, sweeteners and more.
Forget something? We have extra toiletries. Our sheets are 100% cotton, our towels are fluffy and soft, comfy blankets are on the beds. year round with comforters or quilts added in the fall.
We have down pillows on request.
Our 55" UHD TV offers Amazon prime, Netflix and over 250 channels. Wifi 300mps.
We are close to everything. Your personal space is approximately 850 square feet.
Step out the door to your open air porch with adirondack chairs overlooking the water.
In addition, we offer you the experience of a magical "she- shed." This rustic waterfront space is ideal for conversation by candlelight while sipping a favorite beverage. Extra special in the evening or at night especially if your lucky enough to experience the moon rising over the water during you stay. (See photos in the listing details.)

Your space is the first floor, approximately 850 square feet, plus a large open air porch facing Tufts Cove on the Mystic River.
Your porch has 4 adirondack chairs with comfy cushions, round table, use of gas grille.
Rustic and adorable " she-shed" can also be enjoyed.
Back yard overlooks the garden and cove. Easily moveable, stackable plastic chairs are available if you want them on the grass.
We have 4 folding "bag" chairs if needed. Also beach toys for kids. Ask us if you need beach towels.
