This room offers a cozy haven during your travels. The space is completely private, with a house full of amenities. The location can't be beat, 15 minutes from any part of the Boise area you want to be in. Near enough to downtown to enjoy night life, but near enough to Meridian, Eagle, and the village that nothing takes more than 15 minutes.

The guest has access to the whole house except: the other guest room, my bedroom, and my game room/office (which is only closed off presently because of COVID-19). :(

Charter Pointe is a really nice little Suburbia. I like it because if I want to go into town, it's just 15 minutes away, but because of location, it doesn't feel like city.

I'm an early 30s guy who likes people. I realized that I have 2 extra bedrooms, and would love to have people around while making an extra buck. I like playing table top games (cards and board games), cooking, having an occasional beer/wine, and going swing dancing. I play the occasional video game, and watch movies roughly as often as a new superhero film comes out. I enjoy sunshine and the outdoors, play piano, guitar, and bass, and love comedy. That all said, I'm a professional, I value personal space, sleep, and boundaries. Looking forward to meeting the world. :)

If I can, I'll be socializing. I'm an extrovert, and love meeting people. I work 12 hour shifts, though, sometimes nights, so if I'm working, I'm obviously not home.
Unfortunately, COVID has thrown a wrench in all of this... so... I'll be available as needed, but mostly keep to myself. Soon, friends... soon.
