This cozy Indian Rocks Beach apartment is perfect for a couple, only a few steps to the beach and guests will enjoy spectacular Gulf sunsets. New modern furnishings in a coastal decor, the kitchen has all the basics appliances to prepare meals The bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and a 43" TV, full bathroom . Amenities include cable, Wi-Fi, parking for 1 vehicle. 2 beach chairs are provided for guest use.
Enjoy fresh local seafood at the award-winning Salt Rock Grill or casual eateries like Keegan’s and Guppy’s, watch the sun set over cocktails at The Pub or stop by the iconic Lighthouse Donuts for a quick snack, all just walking distance from your vacation home. Indian Rocks Beach is just a 10-minute ride on the beach trolley to John's Pass Village, a large marina, shopping and dining complex that offers a variety of water sports rentals, casino boats and dolphin-watching or sunset cruises. Ten minutes to the north, you'll find another marina and a variety of shops and restaurants at Clearwater Beach, also home to the Clearwater Aquarium, the residence of dolphin movie star Winter from Dolphin Tale.

Founded in the early 1800's Indian Rocks Beach and developed mainly since the 1940's, Indian Rocks Beach is a thriving community that has maintained most of its original character, and supports a lively mixture of recreational activities. There are many annual events such as the popular Arts and Crafts Festival every November and April. and the Holiday Boat Parade where lighted and festively decorated boats will cruise down the Intracoastal Waterway.
Indian Rocks Beach has many parks and Kolb park is one of three Pinellas County parks to open a “skate park” which is located across the street from City Hall. Besides the skate park, there are other amenities such as tennis courts, a playground, and baseball field for others to enjoy. We also have a Nature Preserve Park with a winding boardwalk that will take you on a tour of some of the most beautiful natural settings along the Intracoastal Waterway.
