This is a 2nd floor studio studio with a large kitchen area and queen size Murphy bed. Located in a quiet, rural, residential neighborhood. Easy access to Rt 91 and Rt 2. Short drive to Greenfield and Brattleboro 20 min to Northhampton. Close to Northfield Mt Hermon, Stoneleigh Burnham, Deerfield Academy and Thomas Aquinas College. Short walk into town. We have a deli and convenience store, bakery, pizza shops, gas station, library and Post Office. We are within 70 miles of many ski slopes.

This is a NO SMOKING and NO PET listing! The no smoking extends to the studio as well as outside anywhere on the premises.
The studio apartment is tastefully decorated. The kitchen has a comfortable eat in space that includes a nice table, chairs and a cozy bench. There is also a place to work on your computer and recharge your gadgets. The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, spices, including salt and pepper, tea and coffee, all your basic needs. We offer a Nespresso coffee maker, home made coffee lightener and sugar. There is a full size fridge, electric stove with oven and a Microwave. If you want to bring your favorite ground coffee mix go right ahead, we have a french press for you.
You will find dishes, place mates, utensils and glasses. In the living/bedroom is a comfy queen size Murphy bed. Leave it down or put it up and be real comfortable while relaxing in a cozy corner. Play board games or read a book. You will find tips for shopping, restaurant listings and places to visit to help plan you stay. A twin sized folding cot can be set up if there is a third person. Please let us know about the need for a third person when booking. The rate for a third person is $30/ night.
We have a train running behind our property with very occasional freight service, no more then 3 trains within a 24 hour period.
