We are located minutes from Monticello, James Monroe's Highland and several wineries. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and all the comforts of home. It was originally decorated as a beach house because Nancy felt a beach vibe upon seeing the openness and ambiance of the space. In keeping with the beach house vacation feel, there are games, puzzles and music for you to enjoy.

Due to regulations by my local government, I am only allowed to rent the space for at least 30 days at a time. Thus the price set at $35 a day works out to $1050 for 30 days.
