ENTIRE PRIVATE PLACE, ISOLATION FRIENDLY. HUGE private suite,Over 1000 square feet just for you! 2 big bedrooms with comfy beds. ALL kids welcome. Downtown 15min (car)airport 10 min(car), grocery and all amenities walking. Freshly renovated. NON-SMOKERS ONLY PLEASE. Each room has computer desk, chair and BIG Bright window & closet. Enjoy kitchenette with single burner stove, dishes, microwave, toaster over, fridge & kettle for a comfortable stay. Laundry available for longer stays. Fast WI-FI.

The PLACE is very SPACIOUS, very comfortable and VERY clean! Location is fantastic; minutes walking to everything you need: grocery stores, coffee shop, banks, pharmacy, restaurants and more, bus stop that goes right downtown at end of our street!
Please not this is ONLY for NON-SMOKERS. DO NOT BOOK if you smoke, due to smoking allergies.
Laundry services available for longer stays, please ask me for details if you know you will be needing the laundry. Charge may apply.
Parking is free (anytime of day on the street only).
Please note as we have quests from all over the world (hot climates and cold climates), we keep the temperature of the suite at a room temperature of 19-20 degrees Celsius.

The neighborhood is quiet, close to parks and one of the safest nicest family neighborhoods in Calgary. Within walking distance is everything you need, pharmacy, grocery, restaurants, bus access and much more. Excellent central location!
