The terrace is really wide and can be used to sunbathe and have dinner.
Private access to the beach directly from the building .
The apartment is surrounded by trees and it is below the street.
Please note that steps must be walked to get into the apartment
Free private car park is available at street level.

You will be required to sign a contract on Check-in, as required by Italian law.
A 15,00 euro extra will be charged for Check-in after 08:00 pm to be paid on arrival.
Tourist tax of 1,50 euro per person/day (maximum 5 days) not included in the rate. To be paid on arrival.
