This 40 foot rv is perfect for a family group of 4, a few more smaller could go on the floor possibly. Fully self contained with fridge, gas cooktop, convection microwave and dishwasher great big kitchen nice sized master bedroom with king bed. Fold out couch is pretty comfy. The bathroom is nice sized and the tub shower combo is large for a rv.

We have a no pet policy inside. Your pet can play outside but you are responsible for them. We have a husky up here who plays well with other dogs. Might eat a cat. Take your chances, no big reptile pets please. We dont pet sit really unless youre desperate, paying alot and we have time then to help.
